About GEONE
GEONE is a new type of fuel activator that changes the composition of gasoline itself making the fuel more flammable and bringing it as close to complete combustion as possible.
By promoting complete combustion, GEONE ultimately improves fuel economy, restores power, improves engine malfunctions, and cleans exhaust emissions.
Accelerates fuel economy
GEONE promotes complete combustion, so less combustion is required to produce normal power and improves fuel economy.
Cleaning & coating effect
GEONE's patented PEA not only dissolves carbon sludge but also provides a coating effect to maintain the original performance.
Reduces toxic substances
GEONE promotes near-complete combustion by changing the composition of gasoline reducing CO, HC, NOx, and CO2 emissions.
Mechanism
Carbon sludge in the engine cannot be prevented as long as the fuel is fossil fuel. In particular, combustion residue on injectors, fuel injection nozzles, piston heads, intake valves, and combustion chambers can cause unstable fuel injection, poor engine performance, fouling and corrosion of the exhaust system. Deterioration progresses with increasing mileage. GEONE solves these problems with two effects.
The first is to remove the source of carbon sludge. In other words, it is a method that does not produce combustion residue in the first place by bringing the combustion process closer to complete combustion. The second is a method that breaks down and cleans carbon sludge adhering to the inside of engine and makes it difficult for new sludge to adhere through the coating effect.
Effect-1
GEONE approaches complete combustion by subdividing and mixing combustible substances contained in gasoline to make it more flammable.
STEP 1

Gasoline is a mass of hydrocarbons that is difficult to burn.
STEP 2

The PEA of GEONE breaks the bonds of carbon molecules.
STEP 3

The broken-down molecules have access to more oxygen.
STEP 4

It reacts with more oxygen and burns more easily.
Effect-2
The PEA of GEONE cleans carbon sludge. After cleaning, the coating on the metal surface prevents the accumulation of carbon sludge keeping the engine clean.
STEP 1

As the mileage increases, carbon sludge accumulates inside the engine.
STEP 2

The PEA of GEONE catches carbon sludge and cleans the inside of engine.
STEP 3

The carbon sludge is discharged as exhaust gas during combustion.
STEP 4

The remaining PEA coats the surface and makes it resistant to carbon sludge.

Demonstration
GEONE has demonstrated many improvements in fuel economy and has also achieved very high emission control rates in emission tests. For more details, please visit our demo page.
Efficiency
Gasoline, premium gasoline, and diesel are used as fuels to run internal combustion engines in automobiles and other vehicles, but not all these fuels are completely burned in internal combustion engines. About 60% of these fuels are discharged into the atmosphere without being effectively used as operating energy for internal combustion engines.
GEONE activator, when added to fuel in internal combustion engines, breaks down the hydrocarbons in the fuel components making the fuel more combustible and reaching closer to complete combustion. Closer to complete combustion reduces the proportion of energy that is discharged without being burned, resulting in improved fuel efficiency.

Fuel only

With GEONE
Only 25 to 30% of the heat produced is used as effective kinetic energy in gasoline engines, and 30 to 40% in diesel engines. The biggest loss is the heat remaining in the exhaust. For gasoline engines, this is as much as 40%. It is no easy task to reduce this figure, but the only way to lower the temperature of exhaust gas without external cooling, such as air or water cooling, is to make the combustion itself closer to "perfect combustion.”
